He always had an encouraging comment when anyone was struggling, regardless if they were on his team or not. IT management can be challenging, especially in a large organization with competing priorities. However Jim did not miss a deadline and always had a smile on his face as he interfaced with multiple teams. I would welcome the opportunity to work with him again!

Quite simply, no matter how tough the challenge that presents itself, he just finds a way to get it done and to make things happen! The mark of a good leader is when those who are following genuinely want to follow you and Jim’s team was always bought in to following his lead! His execution and realization of plans is most notable. We worked on a year long project transitioning his premise based telephone services to the cloud. He managed his team with Military precision. With a 17 location environment encompassing more than 120 separate billing entities and 600 endpoints we converted Mediware's environment to a Cloud based solution and did not miss a target cut date or a single phone number in the entire eco system. Mediware now has a single Enterprise Platform ready to grow with them as they're business demands. The bonus was a 30% plus reduction in cost, a unified support environment and a reduction of bills to less than a handful.
It has been a privilege to work with Jim and his team, in my 30 years of experience in the industry I have not had such an effective relationship with a customer.
